Forest Properties, Inc., is a FULL SERVICE organization. We offer new and pre-owned homes, lots, "mini" farms and ranchettes with utilities and water. These properties are located in various areas in town, on or near the golf course, plus suburban and rural areas.

We also have an inventory of land parcels that range in size from 10 acres to 160 acres or more, including 40-acre parcels. Many of our land listings have GUARANTEED FINANCING WITH NO QUALIFYING.

About the owner and designated broker, Don Schmitt:
Don is a 3rd generation Arizonian who, for more than 30 years before he acquired Forest Properties in 1989, served many of the small rural and mountain areas of Arizona. When he was only 22 years old, he co-founded an Arizona financial institution with only $5,000.00. By the mid-1980s, it was licensed in more than 25 states. He sold his financial interest in 1987 and reinvested it in northern and eastern Arizona suburban and rural properties. Don's knowledge of Arizona's history and economics are endless. Don was recognized in the World's "Who's Who of Commerce, Industry and Insurance," and he has served as an "ACE" advisor to the Small Business Association and small business owners. Don has been active in numerous state, national and international trade associations. Don works very closely with his staff at Forest Properties. He and his agents work on your behalf so that you may achieve your objectives.
